In this post, I'll be sharing my experience at Denden Town, which I visited after checking into my accommodation on my first day in Japan.

Denden Town is famous as an Otaku district!

It's a place filled with various game and anime-related merchandise.

There are many shops selling anime and game-related goods in this style, as well as arcades and maid cafes.

It's said that there are a lot of them.

I was surprised to find a considerable number of Korean tourists.

What surprised me even more was the significantly higher level of civic consciousness compared to Korea.

There was virtually no litter or cigarette butts on the streets, and hardly anyone jaywalked.

I think Korea has a lot to learn from this aspect.

This is an arcade.

Most arcades in Korea are usually only 1-2 stories, but this one has 5 floors.

Evening came around.

In Japan, most small shops close around 9 pm.

It's quite different from Korea, where staying open late is common~.

In Denden Town, besides anime and game merchandise, there were surprisingly many shops selling various electronic devices, game consoles, and used goods.

There were quite a few used tablets available in Korea too.

We headed to Dotonbori for dinner.

I took a picture because it's a must-see when visiting Osaka.

I visited a famous ramen shop,

but the line was incredibly long, probably due to it being peak season.

Most of the people in line were Korean and Chinese tourists,

and many shops even had separate Korean menus, showing just how many Korean tourists visit.

For the first day, we ended our activities here to rest at the accommodation and prepare for the next day's schedule ~
